We started Merch Sherpa to help artists and bands sell merch without the traditional bulk inventory expenses. This keeps money in BANDS pockets for merch sales instead of lining executives pockets, and gives more time for FANS to watch the show instead of waiting in a merch line.

We've built our platform to take the hassle out of selling official merch.

  • No Upfront Costs or Minimums: Merch Sherpa provides artists with an online storefront at no cost (a $50/month savings). Your items are printed on demand only when a fan purchases them, so you never have to invest in inventory or worry about minimum order quantities.
  • Less Hassle: Say goodbye to lugging around boxes of merch! Since orders can be printed on demand, you'll have virtually no inventory to purchase or manage. There is less to set up, less room taken up in the van, and no wasted expense on unsold pre-purchased inventory
  • More Options: Without the burden of traditional bulk inventory purchases, you can offer your fans a wider range of styles, colors, and products that might not be feasible with traditional bulk orders, including items that aren’t suited for the tour van life like coffee mugs and water bottles. We can take your digital artwork and print it on just about anything,
  • Never Sell Out, No Unsold Inventory: Because items are printed after your fans purchase them, you'll never sell-out of a design/size/color, and you'll never be stuck with unsold inventory after a tour or event.
  • Customization of Your Official Merch: With our  print on demand, Merch Sherpa offers you the option to offer customized items to Fan Clubs, VIPs, Limited Edition runs, and celebrate milestones like a fan’s 100th show.

  • Official Merch Delivered Safe and Sound: They'll receive authentic, officially licensed merchandise, delivered right to their door and in perfect condition – no more crumpled shirts, bent or damaged posters and nothing left behind or lost after the show.
  • Wider Selection, Always Available: Fans will have access to the full range of colors and options you offer, and they'll never be disappointed to find their favorite item is sold out.

How Do You Guys Get Paid?

  • We Collect a Platform Fee : Similar to tipping your LYFT or Delivery Driver, Merch Sherpa collects a 20% platform fee - and you keep 80% of the profit.
  • We collect this fee After Expenses are Deducted: To help keep costs down, we deduct our fee AFTER the cost of inventory, printing and shipping your merch to your fans is deducted from the retail price.
  • What Does this Cover? Our fee  covers  the cost of hosting (typically $50+/Month), integration with print on demand fulfillment, and support for you and your fans if you need assistance.
